Job Description

Location: Southeastern Massachusetts

Status: Full-Time / Permanent

Compensation:$55K-$63K

Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for an experienced Dispensary Manager for a cannabis retail operation in Southeastern Massachusetts. This position will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the retail location while helping to build a positive, compliant, customer-focused environment.

You will have the opportunity to lead and develop a retail team while supporting staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, customer service, point-of-sale operations, and other operational functions. You should have experience leading teams in a regulated retail environment and be comfortable creating structure, implementing procedures, resolving issues, and ensuring employees consistently follow company policies and applicable regulations.

Your background should include several years of retail leadership experience, with cannabis retail management experience strongly preferred. Experience recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing hourly retail employees is highly desirable. You should have strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills along with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. You must be at least 21 years of age and meet all requirements to obtain and maintain badging through the CCC in Massachusetts.
