Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of retail management, cannabis industry experience preferred, and a proven track record in team leadership, budgeting, and safety. This role requires 21+ and a Facility Agent Card.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail management in high-volume, regulated setting.
• 1+ year cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Proven team leadership and customer service excellence.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, inventory, and cash handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and retail software.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must obtain/maintain Facility Agent Card per state regs.
• Background check and fingerprint clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 25–50 employees.
• Oversee daily dispensary operations and compliance.
