Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leadership responsibilities: supervise 25+ team members, ensure upselling, inventory duties, and guest experience.
• Sales coaching: mentor team and improve metrics during shifts.
• Inventory control: reduce shrinkage through proper scanning of products.
• Floor operations: manage store openings/closings, cash reconciliation, and POS/discount codes.
• Compliance: understand Florida state inspections and maintain compliance.
