Job summary

STIIIZY is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Santa Barbara to act as a brand ambassador in a fast-growing cannabis retail environment. You will educate customers, advise on products, and help maintain a positive store atmosphere while meeting sales goals.

Reporting to the Management team, you will work weekends and flexible hours, with training provided and opportunities to grow within a nationally recognized cannabis brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma required.
• Open availability preferred; can work all hours including nights and weekends.
• Must be able to work 2 weekend days (Fri–Sun) as needed by workforce.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs, budgets, and preferences.
• Demonstrate cannabis knowledge and curate customer experiences.
• Build authentic relationships to drive repeat visits and sales.
• Pick and pack orders; operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Meet sales goals and support company metrics; follow training and procedures.
• Adhere to all legal cannabis retailer requirements and internal policies.
