Qualifications

• 1-2 years in cannabis industry or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership with large teams; cannabis leadership a plus.
• Experience in sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift team and sales floor operations to ensure smooth flow.
• Coach team on upselling and improve location metrics.
• Manage daily store openings/closings, cash reconciliation, and POS use.
• Coach inventory control to reduce shrinkage and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Missouri state requirements during inspections.
