Job summary

WholesomeCo is seeking a Pharmacy Agent (Bar & Reception) in Bountiful, Utah to deliver a five-star patient experience. You will help with check-in, guide purchases, and work closely with pharmacists to ensure accurate guidance in a fast-paced setting.

The role is part-time with afternoon shifts, roughly 20–29 hours weekly, including weekends. Employee benefits include PTO, holidays, a 401(k), and an employee discount program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights.
• Ability to sit and/or stand as well as be mobile for the duration of your shift.
• Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel and carry up to 50lbs throughout the shift.
• Work effectively within a fast-paced team with a growth mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to patients for in-store purchases.
• Guide patients through the menu to help them find products that fit their needs.
• Deliver strong customer service across the business, including picking and packing online orders.
• Follow all state compliance guidelines and take direction from management and the pharmacist team.
• Navigate company tools (Microsoft, Google, Slack, email) to communicate and stay informed.
