Job summary

Qualifications

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription/transaction handling.
• Prefer good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions at the assigned cash register with courtesy and efficiency.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision in dispensing and handling prescriptions.
• Maintain neat, stocked shelves and accurate pricing; help with inventory tasks.
• Support pharmacy operations, including entering patient information and processing claims as needed.
