Job summary

Curio Wellness in Maryland Heights, MO, seeks a hands-on Quality Manager to lead site quality and analytical laboratory oversight. You will drive GMP, GAP, and GACP programs across manufacturing and cultivation, ensuring procedures are followed and finished goods meet high standards.

You will supervise the quality and analytical teams, manage internal audits, lead root-cause analyses, review Master Batch Records, and ensure METRC compliance with Missouri regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance within regulated environments.
• Experience enforcing quality management systems in manufacturing/cultivation.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site quality program and oversight of the analytical laboratory.
• Audit and inspect manufacturing and cultivation operations to ensure compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain cGMP, GAP, and GACP practices across site.
• Lead QA team, perform root-cause analyses, and drive corrective actions.
• Review and approve Master Batch Records for release; manage non-conformances.
