Green Thumb in Cottage Grove, MN is seeking a Quality Technician to verify raw ingredients, materials, packaging, and finished products meet regulations and customer expectations. You will help manage quality tracking, audits, and compliance with GMP and safety standards.

The role involves inspections, documentation, non-conforming product handling, root-cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and proficiency with MS Office are valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Regulated industry experience (healthcare, medical devices, pharma, consumer goods or cannabis) highly desired.
• Familiarity with FDA, GMP, SQF, HACCP is highly desired.
• Strong product sampling and inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Support quality department and ensure SOP adherence.
• Perform incoming inspections of materials.
• Execute in-process and finished product sampling.
• Review batch documentation and release finished goods.
• Maintain documentation practices and records control.
• Assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor GMP and food safety guidelines.
• Perform pre-operation sanitation verification.
