Vireo Health, Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to conduct quality inspections and ensure GMP/GLP compliance in the medical cannabis manufacturing operation. You will monitor product safety, ensure proper testing, and maintain accurate records under the guidance of the Quality Manager.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 2 years in manufacturing/quality control, with English/Spanish preferred. Competitive benefits and a dynamic, inclusive team await in Minnesota.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required; must be at least 21 years old.
• 2 years minimum manufacturing/quality control experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with record keeping and internal audits.
• Ability to follow inventory/inspection procedures accurately.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in Medical/Manufacturing/Health industries preferred.
• Good writing/reading/arithmetic skills.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; outdoor ability if needed.
• Self-motivated with leadership and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills for multitasking.

Mansioni

• Perform Quality Control inspections on products, equipment, processes and procedures.
• Ensure package integrity and accuracy.
• Monitor cannabis safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Ensure testing is performed per procedures and guidelines and meets specs prior to release.
• Record and maintain testing data accurately.
• Verify equipment and areas as required.
• Record and file all relevant logs and documentation completed by staff.
• Ensure production guidelines are followed during operations.
• Ensure SOPs and worker safety practices are followed.
• Assist Quality Manager/Director with quality improvements and issues.
• Analyze quality data to recommend improvements.
• Collect product samples for development, lab retains, and the lab when directed.
• Support the Quality team as needed.
