Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in highly regulated industry (FDA, HACCP, SQF desirable).
• Experience in QA or QC functions including CAPA.
• Ability to follow and update written procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Performs finished product sampling and inspection.
• Reviews batch records and documentation for compliance.
• Writes customer complaints and investigations with CAPA plans.
• Supports GMP and SQF compliance and product recalls.
• Collaborates with operations to troubleshoot defects and drive improvements.
