Are you hands-on, detail-focused, and passionate about plants? Join our Flint-based cultivation team as a Propagation Technician and help shape the future of cannabis — one clone at a time!

What You’ll Do:

• Cut, care for, and transplant clones with precision ️

• Monitor humidity, lighting, and temperature ️

• Track clones in METRC and maintain daily logs ️️

• Keep work areas sanitized and organized

• Spot and report any pests, diseases, or plant issues

• Assist with audits, labeling, and inventory tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year in cannabis propagation or greenhouse work

• Experience with METRC or compliance tracking

• A keen eye for detail and love for routine tasks

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, and work in warm/humid spaces

• Team player with strong communication skills ️

• Must be 21+ and able to pass iCHAT background check
