Job summary

Vireo Health in Otsego, MN is seeking a Production Technician to join our growing team. The role focuses on trimming, curing, and packing cannabis flower under strict quality standards, reporting to the Cultivation Manager and contributing to our fast-paced production goals. You will hand-trim and operate automated trim equipment, monitor drying rooms, and break down fresh flowers.

You’ll track usable vs. waste product and help maintain a clean, compliant processing area on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in cannabis or similar regulated environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Trim, cure, and pack cannabis flower.
• Assist with drying room monitoring and quality control.
• Handle hand-trim and automated trimming methods.
• Break down fresh cannabis flowers and separate usable product from waste.
• Track usable vs. waste with data tracking system.
• Maintain clean and compliant processing areas and equipment.
• Work independently and with the team to meet production goals.
