Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician to join our growing team in Minnesota. You will trim, cure, and package cannabis flower, reporting to the Cultivation Manager.

You should have a high school diploma, experience with cannabis preferred, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The role operates Monday–Friday 3:30pm–11:30pm with a union wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Experience working cannabis preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
• Flexible availability (weekends may be required).
• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
• Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Trim cannabis flower using hand-trim and automated methods.
• Monitor drying rooms for optimal conditions.
• Weigh and package cured flowers and by-products for distribution.
• Break down fresh cannabis flowers and separate usable product.
• Track waste and production data in the tracking system.
• Support Cultivators with duties around the cultivation site.
• Maintain cleanliness of processing areas and equipment daily.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and arrive on time.
