Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking a Production Technician to join our dynamic team in Minnesota. The role covers trimming, curing, and packing cannabis flowers, reporting to the Cultivation Manager, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This evening shift runs Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–11:30pm, offering competitive union benefits and growth opportunities within a forward‑looking cannabis company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
• Flexible availability, weekends may be required.
• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with trimming from harvest to packing flower and preparation for transport.
• Monitor drying rooms for optimal conditions.
• Trim cannabis flowers using hand trim and automated methods.
• Break down fresh cannabis flowers from stems and separate usable product from waste.
• Track waste and product amounts via data tracking system.
• Clean up processing areas and equipment daily.
• Weigh and package cured flowers for distribution.
• Support Cultivators with duties around the site.
• Communicate clearly and maintain quality standards.
