Job summary

TerrAscend Corp. is seeking a hands-on horticulture associate at our New Jersey facility to maintain plants, transplant, water, and prune. You will verify labeling and be able to lift up to 50 pounds while working across shifts in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Horticulture experience preferred but not necessary.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain punctuality and attendance.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to daily maintenance of all plants.
• Transplanting, watering & pruning of plants.
• Verify labels are placed properly with coordinating plant.
• Capable of sitting, standing, bending, squatting and walking for long hours.
• Work all shifts as needed.
• Ensure good communication between team members.
• Perform other duties as needed.
