Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Production Plant Manager to lead processing operations, including extraction, analytical lab, batching, production, shipping, quality, and receiving. You will manage schedules, training, and policy updates while ensuring high-quality products and adherence to regulations in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the Director of State Operations and requires hands-on leadership, cross-department collaboration, and a proactive approach to culture and safety.

Qualifications

• Safe handling of disposal of chemicals, substances, and hazardous wastes.
• Familiarity with lab computer systems, software, and hardware; recordkeeping procedures.
• Understanding of state medical marijuana laws and how they apply to operations.
• Effective time-management practices are implemented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Deep understanding of mechanics to maintain climate control systems.
• Ability to drive change and challenge the status quo.
• Strong consultative and partnership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing employees to perform tasks necessary to process and get ready for market.
• Manage production schedule, clarify specifications, and calculate processing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure production schedule and manpower requirements are met and monitored.
• Maintain strict inventory records of plant materials, chemicals, and equipment; document production.
• Guide extraction, batching, lab, processing, and maintenance departments.
• Develop effective relationships with all departments across the company.
• Pursue professional growth opportunities and promote equitable treatment of all employees.
