Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead cultivation and production facility operations in Adel, GA. You will oversee daily operations, set plans and budgets, and coordinate procurement, production, and services to meet performance goals.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing or related fields, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of compliance, HR, and financial processes. Travel and flexible hours are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business administration, law, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, agriculture, and/or food service industry.
• 5+ years’ proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
• Experience in planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of business processes and functions, including finance, HR, procurement, and operations.

• Direct, manage, and optimize cultivation and production facility operations.
• Oversee daily operations of the business unit.
• Establish plans, budgets, performance measurements, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate procurement, production, cultivation, and technical services policies and practices.
