Qualifications

• Associate or 4-year degree in biology, chemistry, or physics.
• Prior production laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA guidelines for handling hazardous chemicals.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lab equipment and plant materials for extraction.
• Operate extraction equipment per Green Thumb SOPs.
• Process cannabis concentrates and extracts.
• Meet production goals with focus on safety and quality.
• Produce products per recipes and SOPs, maintaining high standards.
• Clean and maintain extraction equipment and facility.
• Store supplies, dispose of waste per guidelines, keep areas sanitary.
• Wash and sterilize laboratory glassware.
• Monitor production line and collect samples for analysis.
• Follow SOPs to meet Good Laboratory and Manufacturing Practices.
• Record data in notebooks, databases, and test reports.
