Job summary

Greenlight Dispensary is hiring a Budtender to greet patients and help with product selection in a fast-paced retail setting. You will advise customers based on needs, budgets, and strains, and ensure a great patient experience.

Responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining stock, educating patients on safe use, and upholding state and company policies. A background check and state credential are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience as Budtender preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain a state credential.
• Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their benefits.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service mindset.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player with good collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provides a wonderful experience for the patient.
• Advises patients on cannabis products based on needs, preferences and budgets.
• Keeps abreast of new products and industry trends.
• Processes payments using the POS system.
• Maintains a clean, organized store environment.
• Educates patients on safe use of products.
• Labels and weighs cannabis products accurately.
• Verifies patient IDs and credentials for eligibility.
• Maintains stock and performs opening/closing tasks.
• Ensures compliance with company and state policies.
