Job summary

The Botanist, a Canopy USA subsidiary, is seeking a Processing Technician I to perform harvesting, trimming, and processing of cannabis material. You will ensure high-quality, compliant products while maintaining accurate data records and a safe, clean work environment.

Role requires 1–3 years of processing experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and seed-to-sale software. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm ET, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent – required

Responsibilities

• Harvest, trim, and process plant material by hand or with machinery.
• Inspect plant material for defects and report concerns to leadership.
• Record data: inventory, weights, and measurements per SOPs.
• Maintain clean, compliant, and safe work area; sanitize as required.
• Meet daily goals and KPIs; support supervision as needed.
