Job summary

The Botanist is hiring a Processing Technician I to support cannabis product development, including harvesting, trimming, and processing plant material. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and quality across processing stages, while maintaining clean facilities and compliant operations.

You will work with a team under the processing leadership to meet daily targets, adhere to SOPs, and use seed-to-sale software where applicable. Comprehensive benefits and a stable schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years trimming/production experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Harvest, trim, and process plant material by hand or with machinery.
• Inspect plant material for defects and report concerns to leadership.
• Accurately record data (inventory, weights, measurements) per SOPs.
• Meet daily goals and KPIs; perform additional tasks as needed by leadership.
