Job summary

Trulieve in Quincy, FL is hiring a Post-Harvest Technician I to participate in drying, curing, and trimming within a production-scale medical cannabis facility.

You will help maintain a centralized tracking system, document results, and ensure product integrity while supporting a safe, efficient operation. This hourly role requires 21+ age, a high school diploma, and strict compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background screening required.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis handling including drying, curing, and trimming.
• Able to work hands-on with cannabis plant material daily.
• Flexible to work in different production areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all steps of post-harvest: intake, drying, curing, trimming.
• Maintain compliance using a centralized tracking system.
• Document testing results through reports/logs.
• Input data into company database.
• Ensure product is accounted for per company policy.
• Perform continual quality control as product moves through processing.
• Operate equipment per SOPs.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
