Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings is seeking a Post Harvest Associate to join our cannabis processing team. The role involves trimming, preparation, and packaging of cannabis products in a regulated environment, with emphasis on quality, sanitation, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able eligible to obtain and maintain a Registered Agent Card.
• Ability and willingness to wear PPE and to follow sanitation and safety standards.
• Comfortable working with strong odors, loud noises, dust, pollen, varying temperatures and in environments requiring prolonged standing or repetitive motion.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Cannabis Processing - Debuck, trim (machine and hand trim), dry, cure, grind, weigh and package cannabis materials per SOPs.
• Quality Control - Real-time visual inspections for quality and compliance with product specs.
• Trimming & Manicuring - Hand-trim flower to maintain product integrity and presentation standards.
• Packaging & Weighing - Measure and package cannabis products with aseptic technique.
• Quality Control & Recordkeeping - Log weights and product data to support inventory tracking and regulatory compliance.
• Sanitation & Sterilization - Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas.
