Job summary

Shangri-La is seeking a Production Technician to join our cultivation team. You will support post-harvest processing, including trimming, drying, curing, and packaging preparation, ensuring quality and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Meets all state requirements to work in a cultivation facility.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with trimming, bucking, and processing harvested plants.
• Clean and sanitize rooms, tools, and equipment regularly; follow all SOPs.
• Prepare product for packaging; weigh, label, and organize finished goods.
• Track product movement and update systems; assist with counts and reporting; maintain compliance with state systems.
• Maintain a positive and respectful team environment.
