You will help with inventory, labeling, and daily operations while adhering to Connecticut regulations and company standards, delivering a compliant and patient-focused experience in a fast-paced dispensary.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Pharmacy Technician registration or ability to obtain registration as required by law.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in a retail, healthcare, pharmacy, or customer service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Patient Support & Service: Welcome and assist patients in a professional, friendly, and compliant manner; help patients navigate products and provide general product information within the scope of the Pharmacy Technician role; escalate clinical questions to the pharmacist; maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism.
• Dispensary Operations: Process patient transactions accurately and efficiently; verify patient information and required documentation prior to dispensing; assist with product preparation, labeling, packaging, and order fulfillment; support daily opening and closing procedures.
• Inventory & Compliance: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits; ensure products are stored, handled, and documented according to company standards and Connecticut regulations; monitor inventory discrepancies and report concerns promptly; complete required compliance documentation accurately and timely.
• Team Support: Partner with pharmacists and store leadership to support daily operations; assist with training initiatives and reinforce company policies and procedures; support a positive, patient-focused, and team-oriented environment; help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant dispensary.
