You will be the product expert on-site and must create a positive, customer-centric experience for every patient.

The role allocates about 20% of time to inventory activities, maintaining accurate records and supporting leadership during audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD and licensed without restrictions.
• Virginia license transfer eligibility via certified UMPJE for other states.
• 2–5 years’ experience in pharmacy or retail setting.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Eagerness to learn cannabinoids and their interactions.
• Ability to work with staff, patients, and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Check patient certifications via the online portal.
• Review physician recommendations and dispense medical cannabis.
• Provide individualized patient consultations to determine the best program.
• Maintain inventory control and accurate logs.
• Submit the prescription state monitoring program.
• Record removal of damaged/outdated medicine (Greenwaste).
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with regulations.
• Support management during audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
