Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist in Virginia to ensure high-quality cannabis consultations, compliant patient care, and adherence to state regulations. This role focuses on patient guidance, safety, and policy compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The Pharmacist will lead store staff, conduct consultations by phone and in person, guide product selection and dosing, and support onboarding to drive company growth while upholding our culture of care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Virginia Pharmacy license and be registered with the Board of Pharmacy.
• Pass a comprehensive background check.
• Strong team management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and focused.
• MS Office proficiency with multiple software platforms.
• Knowledge of cannabis and products.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and train store staff on compliance and best practices.
• Conduct over-the-phone and in-person consultations with patients and caregivers.
• Ensure policy and state regulation compliance in operations.
• Guide cannabis product selection, dosing, and administration.
• Identify process improvements to support growth.
• Assist onboarding and training of Pharmacist and technicians.
• Handle concerns diplomatically with store and regional managers.
