Qualifications

• Active Virginia Pharmacy license and Board of Pharmacy registration.

• Knowledge of cannabis industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff training on compliance, products, and best practices.
• Conduct over-the-phone and in-person consultations to patients and caregivers.
• Ensure state regulations and company policies are followed.
• Guide cannabis product selection, dosing and administration with patients.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Regional Manager to resolve issues.
• Assist onboarding and training of pharmacists and technicians.
