The Botanist, part of Canopy USA, LLC, is hiring a Dispensary Associate in Worcester, MA. You will welcome members, guide product choices, and manage intake, schedules, and records while maintaining a compliant, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with inventory and cash processes, answering regulatory questions, and supporting the Dispensary Manager. Open availability nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced, client-centered field (hospitality or retail preferred).
• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• Pass a state-mandated background check.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Familiarity with medical cannabis history and product types preferred.
• Excellent phone and face-to-face service skills.
• Calm under pressure and organized in a high-traffic setting.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking.

• Maintain meticulous member records compliant with state regulations and company policy.
• Answer questions about applicable laws and company practices.
• Advise on product selection and safe dosing to support member goals.

• Process orders, enter product data, notify members about availability, and manage admissions.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, welcoming environment inside and outside the store.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the General Manager.
