Job summary

Proper Brands in Kirkwood, MO is hiring full-time Budtenders (Cannabis Patient Care Specialists) to provide customer-focused, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced dispensary environment.

You will work approximately 40 hours per week, including weekends and possible evenings, with a starting wage of $15/hour. The role emphasizes product education, compliance with state law, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in retail and guest services.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain Missouri Agent ID.

Responsibilities

• Creating a positive, memorable experience for every Proper Cannabis customer.
• Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of every customer.
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all dispensary products and medicinal qualities.
• Educating customers on a variety of available products that may achieve their desired outcome.
• Entering sales orders into the POS system and maintaining an accurate cash count.
