Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1+ year in retail or guest services
• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain Missouri Agent ID
• Passion for medical cannabis and customer service oriented

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, memorable experience for every Proper Cannabis patient/customer
• Ensure the safety and satisfaction of every patient/customer
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all dispensary products and medicinal qualities
• Educate patients on a variety of available products that may achieve their desired outcome
• Tailor product recommendations to meet the patient’s needs in compliance with state law
• Process patient/customer payments and dispense change; enter sales into POS
• Maintain patient/customer flow and confidentiality
