Qualifications

• Recent hospitality/retail experience required.
• Ability to learn cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting cannabis products and provide product expertise.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains.
• Help patients with dosing guidance and upward titration recommendations.
• Handle cash, discounts, and verify proper paperwork/IDs.
• Operate POS system and maintain patient profiles in databases.
• Keep store organized, secure, and compliant with regulations.
