Job summary

Thrive Production in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Production Packaging Associate to join a small production team on-site. You will turn finished product into retail-ready units by filling vape cartridges, gramming concentrates, building infused pre-rolls, labeling, and preparing orders for dispensaries.

You’ll perform quality checks, record production activity, and assist with inventory. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work a full-time, on-site schedule

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must hold or obtain Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) agent registration card before start date.
• Must obtain local work card for facility's jurisdiction.
• Must sign a non-disclosure agreement.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work full-time on-site schedule.

Responsibilities

• Fill vape cartridges to spec and verify weight and quality.
• Gram and package concentrate by hand on Nevada-certified scale by batch and lot.
• Build, weigh, and package infused pre-rolls.
• Label every package with compliant label and verify it matches product, batch and lot.
• Stage and pack retail orders for accurate shipping.
• Perform quality control checks on product, packaging, and labels before release.
• Record production, packaging and inventory activity in the system.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Follow all facility hygiene and safety procedures and keep areas clean.
