Job summary

Standard Wellness in Kentucky is seeking a Packaging Associate to accurately package, label, and prepare cannabis products for distribution. You will work with Post-Harvest and Quality teams to ensure products meet quality, consistency, and regulatory standards.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, and follow SOPs and GMP/GHP procedures. Evening, weekend, or holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to perform basic data entry and label printing.

Responsibilities

• Executed accurate packaging and labeling of cannabis products, ensuring compliance with SOPs and state standards.
• Operate and maintain packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Verify product weights, counts, and labeling accuracy before sealing.
• Ensure all products have correct, legible labels and information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area and tools.
• Record all packaging data in required systems or logs.
• Assist with boxing, sealing, and palletizing finished goods.
