Holistic Industries in Monson, MA is seeking a Packaging Manager to lead and oversee the packaging department in our cannabis facility. This exempt role focuses on managing daily packaging tasks, labeling, weighing, and QA to ensure accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.

You will hire, train, mentor, and develop team members while coordinating closely with production and quality teams to meet production goals, while driving safety, productivity and continuous improvements in packaging

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the packaging department of the facility.
• Manage daily packaging tasks, including vape & pre roll filling, accurate labeling, weighing, and packaging with quality assurance
• Hire, train, mentor, coach, and develop team members
• Monitor and update inventory levels to align with production goals, customer orders, and sales data
• Collaborate cross functionally to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order fulfillment
• Continuously identify and implement improvements in safety, productivity, quality, and team engagement
