Job summary

Holistic Health Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to oversee both local Middleborough and statewide marketing activities in collaboration with retail and wholesale teams. You will plan campaigns spanning merchandising, digital, print, and social channels while ensuring brand consistency across channels.

The role requires creativity, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects, including events with local partners and ongoing e-commerce updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of marketing or communications experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management in developing marketing campaigns based on quarterly sales and product launch goals.
• Support event presence in partnership with neighboring venue activities.
• Manage external vendor relationships with web agencies, designers, e-commerce providers, advertisers and other partners.
• Oversee, manage and create marketing budget based on expense history; report bi-weekly to management.
• Local execution: build partner network, social media content calendar, weekly promotional emails, and maintain dispensary e-commerce presence.
