Job summary

Planet 13 in Las Vegas seeks a Back of House Inventory Specialist for the consumption lounge. You will manage lounge inventory, verify deliveries, enter data into the POS, and prepare items for storage and sale, ensuring FIFO and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory across transactions, logging in METRC and Dutchie systems, performing opening/closing procedures, and keeping back-of-house areas clean while adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain Nevada Consumption Agent card and Food Handler Safety Card; ServSafe preferred; OSHA10 within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support back-of-house tasks in the lounge inventory department, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Receive and fulfill lounge orders, adhering to FIFO.
• Maintain accurate inventory across guest transactions and logs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Operate and maintain the inventory system and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor METRC and Dutchie entries for accuracy and compliance.
