Job summary

APCO LLC in Portland, OR is seeking a Labeling Specialist to create, manage, and maintain compliant cannabis product labeling for production, wholesale, and retail operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Production, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing to ensure all labels and branded assets meet OLCC regulations and are completed on schedule.

The role supports marketing initiatives, develops SOPs, assists with client projects, and helps maintain packaging and label inventory.

Qualifications

• Strong computer proficiency.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop required; Illustrator and Acrobat preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain compliant product labels in accordance with OLCC regulations and company standards.
• Cross-reference METRC, COAs, and product specs to ensure labeling accuracy.
• Produce variable data, strain-specific, correction, and specialty labels.
• Assist with third-party label creation for external clients.
• Perform QA reviews of labels, packaging, potency information, and compliance.
