Job summary

Holistic Research Group Inc in Harrison Township, MI is seeking a full-time, on-site Irrigation Assistant to support cultivation operations. You will water plants, clean grow rooms, and help maintain accurate room parameter records while adhering to safety and company policies.

The role requires a High School Diploma, up to 40 hours per week with potential overtime, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior irrigation or agricultural experience is preferred; strong teamwork and precise math

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year cultivation and irrigation experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Water plants and maintain grow rooms and facilities.
• Record room parameters and notify supervisor of issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Work under supervision of Leads and Supervisor of Irrigation.

Job description

Essential Duties

• Watering plants
• Cleaning grow rooms and facilities

• Notifying superior of any issues with rooms or equipment

Schedule

• Thursday - Monday, ~8am-4pm.

Supervision

• This position is expected to follow and obey the company policies.
• Works under the direct supervision of the Leads of Irrigation and Supervisor of Irrigation.

Working Conditions

• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Be able to use ladders.
• Consistent on-time attendance for all scheduled shifts. Prepared for full 40 hour week working scheduled shifts with occasional overtime shifts to complete daily and weekly objectives.
