STIIIZY is seeking an Inventory Associate to manage day-to-day store inventory, verify shipments, and ensure accurate product flow from receiving to sales floor. You’ll work in a fast-growing cannabis retail environment with strong emphasis on compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities include counting, FIFO inventory, labeling, and using METRC with POS integration to ensure products are readily available for customers. Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required.

• Inventory management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong math and analytical skills.

Position Overview

Inventory Associates are responsible for day-to-day inventory management at our Tolleson distribution center. They ensure inventory counts and shipments are accurate. They assist in verifying and receiving product shipments and in organizing products within storage. They also ensure products are received within the state track-and-trace system (METRC) and have appropriate labels before being transferred. They are responsible for proper product flow to ensure all products are readily available to fulfill orders.

• Collaborate with staff to improve standard operating procedures and strategies to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Responsible for receiving and verifying all deliveries against the Manifest
• Responsible for keeping track of products using FIFO
• Responsible for receiving, verifying and processing all new inventory in the inventory management system
• Execute order fulfillment cycles with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliant andaccuratelabeling of products for accurate inventory tracking.
• Monitor productexpirationdates and process expired or waste products according to proper compliance procedures and update/maintainlog of all defective or expired products
• Maintain organization and storage of Cannabis products according to Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) compliance standards.
• Audit the physical inventory to ensure accuracy with numbers reflected in the system
• Assistwith daily/weekly cycle counts and inventory evaluation and verification procedures
• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintainan accurateaccount of non-stock and unavailable inventory
• Implement cannabis waste procedures and schedule per Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) compliance standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• OSHA certification preferred
• Inventory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred (1-2 years)
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Proficiencyusing Microsoft Excel and Word and/or Google Sheets and Google Docs
• METRC or similar cannabis seed-to-sale tracking software experience (preferred)
