Job summary

Planet 13, a Las Vegas dispensary, seeks an Inventory Associate to manage intake, ensure Nevada NAC compliance, and enter data into METRC. Responsibilities include updating the online menu, supporting stock displays, and participating in audits. Must have a high school diploma or GED and be 21+ with Nevada dispensary card.

Candidate will work with inventory software, perform routine audits, and help maintain accurate records and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Basic math skills for money, weight, volume calculations.
• Proficiency with common word processing and spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive products during intake and ensure state requirements are met.
• Enter labs and required information into inventory software per Nevada NAC453A&D.
• Accept deliveries on METRC inventory system.
• Prepare products for sales floor and backstock; label bins; copy METRC tags.
• Assist Inventory Runners with stocking storage areas and displays.
• Participate in audits on a quarterly and yearly basis.
