Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking an Infusion Technician to support daily cannabis production by preparing and infusing batches and maintaining accurate records. The role involves inventory control, quality checks, and cooperation with QA in a regulated environment.

The position requires attention to detail, basic math, and comfort with computers and digital tracking systems; cGMP and SOP adherence is essential.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Basic math skills including measurements, conversions, and ratios.
Comfort using computers, spreadsheets, and production tracking systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

Prepare cannabis materials for infusion, including grinding and pre-processing steps.
Perform daily infusion production according to established procedures and formulas.
Accurately measure, weigh, and calculate batch quantities and ratios.
Enter production data, batch records, and inventory movements into computer systems.
Monitor and maintain inventory of materials, ingredients, and finished products.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Assist with preparing samples for third-party lab testing.
Follow cGMP standards and company SOPs at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
