710 Labs is seeking a Harvest Specialist to support our fast-paced production in Oakland. You will harvest and trim cannabis plants, maintain trichome integrity, and ensure METRC tagging is accurate throughout the process.

You should be able to stand for long periods, move efficiently, and follow SOPs in a busy facility. Evening shifts and a team-oriented culture are part of the role.

Competenze

• Experience processing/trimming cannabis and handling plant material.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with accuracy.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and move for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Monitor processing room to forecast harvest timing for plants.
• Scout room, check cultivar quantities, report pests/pathogens.
• Harvest whole plants, maintain trichome quality per SOP, ensure biosecurity.
• Keep METRC tags attached to plants during harvest.
• Transport harvested plants to processing, weigh accurately, data entry.
• Store and destroy METRC tags properly; trim flowers per product type.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
