Job summary

710 Labs in Oakland, CA seeks a Harvester to join our cannabis processing team. You will forecast harvests, harvest and trim plants, and maintain METRC tagging with strict attention to detail. The role requires standing/walking for up to 8 hours in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Harvest Manager & Supervisor, work Monday–Friday 7:45 AM–4:15 PM, and benefit from a robust package including medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, 401(k) with match, paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for extended periods.
• Ability to perform up to 8 hours of repetitive tasks.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced production setting.
• Commitment to a Monday–Friday 7:45 AM–4:15 PM schedule.
• Compensation awareness: pay range listed as $19.50/hour.

Responsibilities

• Forecast harvest timing by observing the processing room.
• Check plant quantities and report pests/pathogens to the Processing Manager.
• Harvest whole plants with care per SOP to protect trichomes.
• Keep METRC tags attached to plants during harvest.
• Move harvested plants to processing area and log weights.
• Enter weights and tag data into spreadsheets, Dynamics, and METRC.
• Maintain storage and destruction of plant METRC tags.
• Trim flowers according to product type (water hash or solvent extraction).
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Processing Manager/Supervisor.
