Job summary

Minnesota Cannabis Services is seeking dependable Harvest Crew members for seasonal harvest operations across licensed cultivation sites in Minnesota. The role involves hands-on plant work, from cutting to drying, with emphasis on speed, accuracy, and teamwork.

Ideal candidates are punctual, able to work long hours during harvest season, and willing to follow directions and safety protocols. Prior cannabis or farm experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reliable to arrive on time to assigned worksites across Minnesota.
• Available to start on short notice; able to work long days and scheduling changes.
• Able to maintain steady pace for full shift while handling plants carefully.
• Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a crew.
• Must meet all state employment requirements for a licensed cannabis facility.

Responsibilities

• Cut down mature cannabis plants and prepare sections for processing.
• De-leaf harvested material and prepare branches for bucking or separation.
• Hang plants in drying areas and manage harvest inventory.
• Move plants, branches, totes, bins; keep areas clean and organized.
• Follow crew leads, site management, and safety/cannabis-compliance procedures.
