Garden Remedies in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Harvest/Post-Harvest Tech to support day-to-day harvest, trim and curing of cannabis plants under the Harvest/Post-Harvest Manager. You will operate and maintain equipment, manage waste per SOPs, and help ensure a steady supply of high-quality marijuana.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires basic math, good verbal and written communication, strong teamwork, and the flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced

Experience working with plants preferred.
Basic computer operating skills.

Responsibilities

Harvest, trim, and cure cannabis plants under supervision.
Operate and maintain harvest equipment safely.
Manage workflow with cultivation personnel.
Weigh and store finished product accurately.
Complete data entry and paperwork.
Assist in other grow operations as needed.
Maintain a respectful, team-oriented work environment.
Report security concerns immediately.
