Job summary

TerrAscend Corp. is seeking a Full-Time Post-Harvest Technician for the Waterfall, PA facility. You will join the Trimming and Packaging Departments to prepare medical cannabis products for distribution, ensuring quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires adherence to state regulations, strong attention to detail, and teamwork to support harvesting and curing processes. On-site position with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Must stay current with company and state regulations.
• Must meet state age requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Basic knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis.
• Familiarity with production and warehouse procedures.
• Excellent computer, math, language and reasoning skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-year experience preferred.
• High level of integrity.

Responsibilities

• Timely trimming / hand manicuring of medical cannabis.
• Creation and packaging of medical Cannabis Flower and Pre-Roll products.
• Work in a fast-paced environment to maintain productivity.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to promote quality.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the trimming/packaging area.
• Ensure daily compliance with policies and state requirements.
• Label and record inventory data.
• Assist with harvest and curing process.
