Job summary

Green Thumb in Connecticut seeks an Order Fulfillment Technician to pull sales orders, prepare them for delivery, verify product type and quantity, and ensure compliant labeling. You will track product electronically in the state traceability system and maintain accurate Excel records.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 1–2 years warehousing experience, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment; cannabis industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years warehousing and inventory experience required.
• 1–2 years processing cannabis or botanicals preferred.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment while meeting management expectations.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from off-site partners and pull sales orders for delivery.
• Label items in accordance with DoA rules and regulations.
• Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for tracking.
• Track product through the state traceability program.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean at day end.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Use independent judgment to maintain quality and achieve goals.
• Stay motivated, communicate with supervisors, and learn new products.
