Job summary

Vireo is seeking a Fulfillment Warehouse Associate in Sacramento, CA. You will efficiently pick and pack orders, maintain a safe, organized workspace, and use inventory systems to support daily delivery and sales goals.

The role grows with tenure, including inventory management, cash handling, and potential leadership duties. We offer a compensation range of $18.65–$20.90 per hour, with PTO and wellness/volunteer hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable, punctual, dependable work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods.
• Open availability including evenings and weekends; 21+ per state law for dispensary work.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders according to procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work area for safety and efficiency.
• Use management systems to track inventory levels and fulfill orders.
• Coordinate with team to optimize workflow and achieve daily delivery/sales goals.
• Assist with inventory management and product receiving as tenure grows.
